Oat Bread

1 Thing I really miss is bread while eating healthy so I decided to make my own. I will admit it took my along time to get the taste right it always ended up a eggy taste. But this recipe is quick and easy, taste great.

Ingredients
Oat flour- Oat flour is just blended up oats I got a nutri bullet yesterday it blended them up nice and quick and so easy to clean (160 grams )

Baking powder- 1 tea spoon

Coconut desiccated - I didn't measure I love coconut I put it in everything but a half a cup will do the job depending on your taste.

1 egg - Beaten

Almond milk

Greek yogurt- 3 table spoons

Almond essence or you can use vanilla

Method

1.Pre heat your oven and blend oats till you get a flour constancy.
2.In a bowl mix oats,baking powder and coconut.
3. In a separate bowl beat 1 egg and add drop of almond milk then Greek yogurt and almond essence beat till there are no lumps.
4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry until fully incorporated then add mix to a loaf tin lined with baking paper, top with chia seeds.
5.Bake in oven for 20 minuted at 180 degrees.

Take it out and leave it cool. I added some unsalted butter and jam onto mine.
