Bargain Buys Lidl

Hi everyone decided to do a quick post about bargain buys you can find locally. I love Aldi and Lidl I shop there every week they have some great deals and the quality of the items are great. This week Lidl had some great fitness gear here is a picture of few bits worth purchasing.

1. Kettlebell's I love kettlebells They are great for home workouts there is so much variation with them great for a full body workout to get you sweating. they come in 3 different sizes

They are a great investment.

2.Fruit infuser water bottle I love these great way to give your water some flavor they come in three different colors and cost €9.99

3.Stability ball I use mine at home for core work also great to improve your balance.

4.Foam roller every house needs one of these and its a steal at only €14.99 . Foam rolling has  a wide range of benefits for the everyday gym-goer it will increase the blood flow through the body, and can aid in better movement and increased range of motion. These benefits can decrease the chance of injury and decrease recovery time after a workout so get rolling.

So onto this week I am very excited for these I will be bursting through the doors Thursday morning. I am sure these next items will be a sell out.

 Basically like a George Forman. Its comes in two colors white or red.Such a hand way to cook your food its fast and easy to clean after. Sure look where would you be going wrong for €16.99










Next up is Tupperware boxes are a must to any healthy lifestyle I bought a set about a year ago from lidl and I still have them they are great. These come in 2 different colors and you get 8 pieces for €5.99.

Last but not least The Nutrition Mixer Like other leading brands its a fraction of the price I cant wait to get my hands on this I am terrible for eating green veg so I cant wait to make some delicious smoothies with this.
