      Golden Elephant (Douglas)

This is restaurant has to be in my top 5 places to eat I love it I used to love Chinese but once I tried Thai food I never went back to eating Chinese. This place is amazing the owner is so nice and will explain any dishes you are unsure of. Traditional thai food I have been to Thailand and this place is up there with the places we dined in Thailand if not better. The restaurant is quite small booking is advised. I always get the same thing every time I go which is Chicken Panang a coconut based curry its to die for with boiled rice and noodles. I am usually always to full for dessert.

      Eco's (Douglas)

Another Douglas gem is Eco's the menu has loads of variety and healthy options and great lunch deals the restaurant is quiet small so maybe make a book a table if your going to go here. I got half roast chicken with vegetables and strawberries and cream for dessert Kieran got a snickers cake it was so tasty. They have a great coeliac menu.
