The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with fairy lights and trees and warm roaring fire at reception.
Our Room
We Stayed in a deluxe double room which had a king size bed. Flat screen tv,fridge,tea/coffee making facilities and lovely cozy robes and slippers for us. The bathroom had a double vanity are with both bath and shower.
The Spa
The ladies at the Spa were lovely giving us the run through of the facilities I couldn't use much of them being pregnant but still enjoyed what I could. We got out robes and flip flops and headed down to the relaxation room which had heated loungers with calming water fountain to listen and drift off to . The lighting was a cool blue and warming yellow on the other side they also have a colour therapy room with loungers you can avail of. The Spa offers
- Ice Shower (This re-energizing shower helps to close the pores after a heat treatment while also stimulating blood flow and therefore helping rid the body of toxins.)
- Aromatherapy Steam Baths ( Breathe in the herbal infused steam and allow it to permeate your body as you exhale built up toxins. Its recommmend that you use one of the cooling showers between all heat treatments.)
- Laconium(Begin your thermal suite experience in the Laconium. The gentle heat prepares the body for relaxation.)
- Finnish Sauna(This traditional heat treatment with temperatures between 90 and 100 degrees help the body purify itself.)
- Chromotherapy (Also known as color therapy. The color therapy room has been exclusively designed to create an oasis of tranquility using warmth and light to help you completely unwind and feel all daily worries drift away.
