Hey everyone back with another review this time a little different. I had to change my car with the baby coming the Mini was going to cut it three door and tiny boot not ideal for a baby so I bought a new car 5 door and big boot Ford Focus always liked them. My very first car was a Fiesta I always said Ford was a great make never had any trouble with it. Anyways I bought the car from a farmer meaning the car was filthy inside and out the seats were stained there was muck all over it and had a funny smell. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am a clean freak I wanted to start scrubbing it straight away but literally didn't have the energy or time to do it isn't it always something you put off doing its such a hassle to bring out the hoover and all the rest of it. I decided I wanted the job done professionally I knew I would only cut corners myself and never be able to get those stains out of the seats. I took my car to Auto-Pro Valeting in Mayfield and I can honestly say they did and amazing job It was like a brand new car when I collected it spotless inside and out. The seats were like a different colour and the whole car was shining and smelled unreal. I was well impressed and I'm a bit Ocd with my cleaning haha. Anyone thinking of getting your car a well needed makeover this is the place to go.

My 3rd trimester must haves
Hey everyone so heading into my 3rd trimester I wanted to do a blog on some of the must haves that I have loved threw my 2nd trimester. So here it is
Body Pillow
I got mine in Aldi for 10 euro it really was one of the best things I have bought I would be lost without it. It better to use it when your a bit bigger it fits in between your legs and gives your bump support. I have seen them online and they cost a crazy price again I was lucky to get mine in Aldi.
Stretch Mark Cream
I use this everyday a lot of people recommended Bio Oil as well but I found the smell and texture of the cocoa butter much nicer I got mine in the Medical hall in Fermoy. Boots also stock it. I hope to god it works haha.
Comfy Clothes
Another must have as you get bigger comfort is all you will care about. Your wardrobe will need to be updated. I bought two pairs of maternity jeans in H&M They were 28 euro each and well worth it I went a size up in them they have the over the bump band which gives you great support. I bought a light and dark pair and already I am after getting great wear out of them they wash great and are so comfortable. They are great when your sick of being in tracksuits.
Also I am obsessed with buying pajamas I dunno what it is but every time I am in Penneys I cant leave without picking up a new set I picked up some lovely maternity ones in Penneys. I got these ones a few months back again the pants has the over the bump band. You will want some oversized night dresses and some Bridget Jones style knickers ;).
Prune Juice
Its self explanatory really but you will need to stock up on the prune juice and some high fiber foods.
Pregnancy Fit Ball
I have just started using mine I just got a regular anti burst fit ball in Lidl. I don't really know what to do with it yet I'm just going to Youtube some videos. Bouncing and doing figure 8's with your hips seems to be popular. But its also good for your posture instead of slumped down on the couch.
Here are some benefits from using your birthing ball
Comfy Shoes
You will be starting to get into difficulty when putting on your shoes will I do anyway so converses are a big no no the laces and pulling them on are a disaster. I bought Slip on runners from Penneys and the laces are just for show they are super light weight and cost 16 euro.
Massage (Pamper yourself)
Not necessarily a must have but its a nice treat carrying the extra weight can take its tole on your body and a maternity massage would be a lovely treat because when the baby comes your not going to have time to spoil yourself I booked myself in for a 90 minute maternity massage at the Kingsley this week something to look forward to and to start off my maternity leave from work. Also flotation tanks are suppose to be a great experience when pregnant as your weightless in the water and can ease any aches and pains its defo on my list to get around to I did it before and really enjoyed it switching off from everything for 60 minutes can do wonders for the mind and body. You could also treat yourself to a blow dry or pedicure what ever makes you feel good.
Baby Books
I am obsessed with watching One born every minute I watch it every night but know is a good time to catch up on some reading and relax.
So there you have my must haves list I hope you enjoyed it. What were your 3rd trimester must haves ? let me know in the comments.
Thanks for reading.

Bouncing and doing figure 8's with your hips seems to be popular. But its also good for your posture instead of slumped down on the couch.
Here are some benefits from using your birthing ball
- Increases blood flow to the uterus, placenta and the baby.
- Can relief spinal pressure.
- Will provide comfortable support for your knees and ankles.
- Will give counter-pressure to the perineum and thighs.
- The upright posture works with gravity which will encourage the descent of the baby.
- You can make different moves and still rest by leaning forward, pelvic rocking, swaying, doing hip circles and figure eights and of course gently bouncing to help move the baby down.
- Can increase the pelvic outlet as much as 30%, which also encourages baby’s descent.
- One of the most important benefits of using birth ball during your pregnancy is positioning baby in the right position right before the birth. Birth ball is very useful for that.

The Kingsley Hotel
Hey everyone last night I stayed at the Kingsley hotel in Cork it was my first time there. I have to say it was a lovely treat from the moment we checked in to the checking out. I always say that the staff can either make or break an establishment and they definitely make it here at the Kingsley. Rochie checked us in he was a true gent he even gave us a complementary upgrade he also gave us v.i.p Spa passes and a voucher for the Spa. He was very friendly and welcoming made us feel right at home.
The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with fairy lights and trees and warm roaring fire at reception.
Our Room
We Stayed in a deluxe double room which had a king size bed. Flat screen tv,fridge,tea/coffee making facilities and lovely cozy robes and slippers for us. The bathroom had a double vanity are with both bath and shower.
The Spa
The ladies at the Spa were lovely giving us the run through of the facilities I couldn't use much of them being pregnant but still enjoyed what I could. We got out robes and flip flops and headed down to the relaxation room which had heated loungers with calming water fountain to listen and drift off to . The lighting was a cool blue and warming yellow on the other side they also have a colour therapy room with loungers you can avail of. The Spa offers
The Breakfast
The Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold buffet offering
Overall it was 10 out of 10 I couldn't fault The Kingsley I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it. I cant wait to return for the Spa next week. I also have heard great reviews on there afternoon tea so thats on my list next to try.
